Rules and guidelines for using MyFrame

By accessing or using MyFrame marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of MyFrame.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
All prices are listed in BRL and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Each limited edition artwork is produced in a fixed quantity. The edition number assigned to your purchase is final. Each purchase includes a numbered certificate of authenticity with an NFC tag for verification. Certificates are non-transferable and serve as proof of ownership.
Orders are produced on demand and ship within 7-10 business days. We offer a 30-day return policy for damages or quality issues. To initiate a return, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
All artworks displayed on MyFrame are the intellectual property of their respective artists. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of the physical object only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the digital image without the artist's written consent.
MyFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our marketplace. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific artwork giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of MyFrame after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
