When you create an account with MyFrame, we collect your name, email address, and the billing and delivery details needed to fulfil your order. We also collect profile information such as your avatar and your preferences. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of your browsing. Standard technical data such as your IP address is processed by our hosting and payment providers so the site can be served securely and payments protected against fraud.
We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, communicate with you about your purchases and account, improve our marketplace, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate our platform, including payment processors (Stripe), shipping carriers, and print fulfillment partners. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive information, and regular security audits. We comply with PCI DSS requirements for payment card processing. Despite these measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. You can view and update your profile directly in your account settings; to request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account, contact our support team. We will respond to your request within 30 days as required by applicable law.
We store only what the marketplace needs in order to work. Your shopping bag and your language and theme preferences are kept on your own device, and a session cookie keeps you signed in. At checkout, our payment provider (Stripe) sets cookies that help detect fraud. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and nothing we store follows you across other websites. You can clear this data in your browser settings — doing so will sign you out and empty your bag.
