Delivery information and tracking
Each artwork is printed and framed on demand to ensure the highest quality. Standard production takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready, shipping takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on your location. Total estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days from order confirmation.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the dimensions of your order. Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
All artworks are carefully packed in custom-designed shipping containers with rigid corners, foam cushioning, and waterproof wrapping. Each package is labeled as fragile and includes handling instructions for carriers. The certificate of authenticity is shipped separately in a protective sleeve within the package.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. You can also view tracking information for all your orders in your MyFrame account under My Purchases. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24-48 hours to appear.
We ship to select countries across the Americas. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times for international orders are typically 10-15 business days. Please check your local customs policies before placing an order.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@myframe.gallery with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide updates. For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us.
